It's back. I put this fucker off for four months.

I ended up cutting out only two mini panels - consisting of the plane bombing the city, and the Gripen firing missiles at it. Which makes a little more sense in retrospect as to why it would go crash into a building.







Also, any parallels to 9/11 are completely coincidental.

Seriously.

Besides a plane crashing into a building, this has nothing in common with 9/11. That was a GNA craft that got shot down and crashed into a government building. The WTC attack was two commercial crafts that got hijacked by a fringe extremist groups and crashed into private sector buildings. The closest it might get is if you count the attack on the Pentagon or the attempt on the White House (landed in Camp David), but those were kamikaze missions, not botched bombings.

I honestly didn't get a 9/11 vibe due to the overall theme of the comic, it was executed in good taste.

Yeah, I decided to transcribe it, but I lack WWII/Soviet aircraft knowledge, so I had to base it off of comments on the previous preview comics. I assumed the Koryt thing was a form of radar. I didn't know what to make of it.
